Return policy

At IN NUUD, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • All returns must be initiated and processed within 14 days of delivery
  • Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging
  • All returns will undergo an inspection process to determine eligibility
  • After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you within 3 business days if it’s approved or declined
  • Returns are subject to a $10.00 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund (exchanges are excluded). 

Exclusions: 

  • Final sale items and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange

Exchanges: 

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, size, or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged/Defective items 

At IN NUUD, we take pride in delivering high-quality garments. If you’ve received an item that doesn’t meet our standards, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. 

Simply contact us at info@innuud.com to initiate the return process. Handling fees for damaged or defective items are waived, and your return will undergo a manual inspection before approval.

If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any quality concerns with priority and ease. 

Unwanted items/Incorrect fit 

If an item isn’t the right fit you can choose store credit in the form of an IN NUUD gift card or exchange. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability after the refund process is complete.

Wrong items received 

We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong item(s) in your package. To resolve this:

  • Contact us at info@innuud.com with your order number and details about the incorrect item(s) within 48 hours of delivery
  • Once the incorrect item(s) are returned, we will process the replacement
  • Processing fees are waived for these returns
  • If the correct item is unavailable or you decide not to receive it, you can opt for store credit or a refund to your original payment method

Processing 

  • Refunds, exchanges, and store credits will be processed within 5–10 business days after the item passes the inspection process

To ensure a smooth return process, all returns must meet the outlined requirements. If a return doesn’t meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny a return. We won’t be able to issue a refund or exchange, and the return shipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
